Zhanlida.com is a wholesale and B2B platform. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are a registered business entity or authorized representative

• Products are purchased for commercial or resale purposes

• All minimum order quantities (MOQ) and requirements have been met

• Information provided during registration is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to verify business credentials before processing orders.

As a wholesale supplier, minimum order quantities apply:

• Minimum order requirements vary by product category and region

Payment terms for wholesale orders:

• Payment methods: Bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C)

• Established accounts: Net 30 terms may be available upon approval

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until order confirmation

• Taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Shipping terms for international orders:

• Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are specified in each quotation

• Delivery timelines vary based on destination and order volume

• Risk of loss transfers to buyer per agreed Incoterms

• Buyer is responsible for import clearance and local regulations

• Shipping insurance is recommended for all international orders

• Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt

All intellectual property rights are reserved:

• The Zhanlida brand, logos, and product designs are protected trademarks

• Product formulations and specifications are proprietary

• Website content, images, and materials are copyrighted

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited

• OEM/ODM partners must comply with separate IP agreements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Zhanlida Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website

• Product specifications are provided for reference and may be updated

• Buyers are responsible for testing product suitability for their specific applications

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these terms or business transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
